Founder
Ruthann began her career as a journalist, writing for newspapers and honing her skills in storytelling, editing, and research. She later expanded into public and media relations, public affairs, and marketing communications, building experience across both the public and private sectors.
She has led communications and public outreach efforts for major infrastructure and transportation initiatives, including Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel Project (“Big Dig”) and the New York State Department of Transportation. She has also worked with AEC and environmental engineering consulting firms, supporting projects that require strategic communications with diverse stakeholders.
Working with creative agencies, government entities, and nonprofit organizations, Ruthann has developed a broad perspective on how audiences interpret information, connect with ideas, and make decisions. She brings that perspective to every project, developing tailored communications strategies and content that strengthen visibility, improve understanding, and sharpen brand voice.
Collaborating with the agency’s team of writers, designers, web architects, and producers, Ruthann helps clients connect with their audiences, reinforce credibility, and build lasting relationships that support long-term growth.
She earned a BA in English with a concentration in journalism from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
